No point paying for next day delivery
No point paying for next day delivery. Still took 5 days to come. Can't get hold of customer service, there is no number to contact them at all. And had to wait 6 days for them to reply to me through email.
Would honestly never shop with then online again!

Diabolical. Avoid like the plague
Diabolical! Ordered e voucher for £75 for birthday gift. Vouchers didn’t arrive, although they took money from my account! Frustratingly difficult to contact successfully to obtain refund. I have since found out that many people have had the same problem.

Wrong size shie sent
Tried exact shoes on in store, went home and order same shoe in a different colour - Paid extortionate £4.99 Delivery fee, Recieved my trainers and they're at least 1 full size to small. Now I have to pay to return them... It safe to say I won't be using them again.
